Yes, You are absolutely right and I find this easier said than done . Finding it not easy when triggered. How to be AWARE of this feeling and that no one can hurt me without my permission ? How to be AWARE that I should be stable in the situation ?
Doctor whatever you have said in this video is absolutely true. I was feeling hurt when my senior colleague wrote a nasty mail to me marking it to all the team members. In such situations I normally ensure to give tit-for-tat reply. But surprisingly this time I didn't respond.
And now watching this video and the explanation I think I took the power to myself by not reacting to the trigger. Thank You 🙏
