I mean…not that different from what we’re doing here on earth in the real world, is it? How many unnecessary gas guzzling huge SUVs/trucks/sports cars have you seen lately? Pools in backyards that most people barely utilize, lawns of grass being watered even during shortages, just existing to look pretty. People still creating and using plastic and other harmful materials, despite all the pollution that already exists and is littering the ocean. This years weather was the hottest in recorded history. Entire species of animals, reefs, etc are dying off like flies and most people still don’t give AF. By the time people actually start to care when it’s more clear that it’s directly affecting them, it’ll be far too late.

Hah, I recognize the buildings in the city. They filmed this in Amsterdam. Must be the first time a scifi movie was set in Amsterdam (though I vaguely remember a classic Doctor Who episode which was also filmed there). They probably didn't have to hire many extras, there are lots of weird people there who look like they're from another planets. 😂

They seem to use flashbacks to introduce characters without having to work for relationships with the characters.
People complaining about this or that about the story and here I am enjoying the fact that most parts of this movie is in First Person Perspective.

The fisrt time watching this movie (no clue of the plot) from dubious sources I just skipped to some part in the middle to check if it was mirrored to avoid copyright banning and was about to delete it because... it was mirrored!! I just casually heard the protagonist say "the text is mirrored" and was like...huh, it's part of the movie itself??

This reminds me of a game, you wake up in an area and as you see is bodies everywhere. At the end of the game you have to sit in this machine that will transport your consciousness through this other area, which is like a utopia. But the computer tells the dude it’s only a 50% chance that your consciousness will make it or it will be someone else. After the machine is turned on only to realize it wasn’t you.
I can’t remember the name of the game but if I come across it I’ll post it.

But how do you get all the different scenes for all the movies you are covering? Do you buy all of them? I mean there are a lot on Netflix and so on, sure... But not every movie. Maybe someone knows?

Easy, unlike historical figure and event. Its easy to make perfect ending like you found everytime in most storytellings including movie. And its not cheap either to do accurate history search.
