What is bulk loading and how do you do it?

You can buy 100ft rolls of filmstock, color, black and white etc. You then use a film bulk loader to spool some of that film from the large roll onto a smaller 35mm film roll. This has to happen in complete darkness. People do this to save money as the large rolls are way cheaper per frame than individual 35mm rolls and you can use film that is normally not sold to the public, like cinema film stock.
