Favorite legacy is Ultron. Ran him on an Ultron team in a 3 way 400 point game and it took both other forces to take him down which they failed to do. Insanely good

Use thunderbolt Ross as mastermind fodder. If someone is gonna hit you with 3 pen/psy blast you give it to him. Your opponent take 3 pentetrating damage and you get a red hulk if your opponent can't ko Ross.
Just an idea put wonder woman brasletts on a ultron drone and pretty sure there is a spiderman that gives out sences and the play at home kit spiderman will give him spiderman ta, or equip warlock on drone and there is a spiderman that gives out shape change
I want a squirl girl that has a sideline active trait, she can take a power action deal the highest opposing character 1unavoidable damage, she doing it off panel
Skrull ms marvel is extremely meta at 50 points she can key word cheat to shield, and if your not worried about theme just carry her around given 15 defence she is a decent c tear attacker equip her with warlock
Probably a dumb question? Does incapacitate need to hit to deal the pen. damage? Just says when she uses it. I know some cards with similar abilities will read "when using X and hits..."

The thing about ultron legacy is you dont have to mess with him at all the drones are super easy to ko and if you win by 1 point you still win

But his name on dial is not "Hank Pym" so it won't work for Ant-mans sideline active trait.

If you mean with wasp, hers also says after resolutions deal each hit character 1 pen for each action token on them.
