Emergency Alert System - Civil Danger Warning for Alaska (Outbreak)

An Emergency Alert System broadcast for a story of mine. Haven't done one of these in ages, so I thought it'd be fun. This one depicts a Civil Danger Warning across Alaska as recent attacks appear to be the result of a rapidly spreading outbreak. Maybe in the future I'll do something like a scenario.

Many issues are in this video, But that honestly doesn’t matter. There’s two that make the video a bit worse.
The Chugach Census area isn’t even recognized by the Emergency Alert System, It’s still referring to the area as Valdez-Cordova.
The areas should be replaced with “All of Alaska”.
Other than that, Amazing prompt. Keep it up.
