To activate bloom's quest you need to talk to her! When you talk to bloom you will have 60 second to set fire to 3 bonefires, once you complete the mission you will receive 9 coins.

There is no option of how to get sirenix in npc
You don't have to chose an option, the sirenix Missi is always activated!
Yea when I click the crystal it doesn’t give me it still have I have all the orbs and coins
If you can't get it, it's because you don't have all the orbs, make sure that you have all the 4 orbs!
That happened to me, but I didn’t had all 4 orbs so I had to collect in Gardenia, And Alfea, And then when I got all orbs I try it again and I got it
