This looks like a chinese dragon puppet, but made up of a blade lion corpse, I wonder if we'll be seeing more grafted enemy variants.
Apparently there are multiple golems that live inside the suit, and a prayer from an old lady outside the boss room animates it to life
@@godly_potatoe69xd19not golems, no idea where you got that from, it’s Omens, the cursed children cast aside by the Golden Order or it’s the Land of Shadows new version of Omens which I believe are different from the Lands Between

@@Gremlin-Glizzy not literal golems, more like puppets, someone found an item description and dialogue that called them sculptured keepers, which are dolls made to look like humans that come to life to animate the lion dancer whenever the old lady makes a prayer. Can’t rmbr who has it tho it might have been vaati.
Edit: I found it “o horn decked beast from higher sphere delivr'd, take root inside the tower's sculpted keepers, and perch'd within, we beg of thee; rise...”

most likely not Morgott, but two omens that are controlling it, as we do see two pairs of legs when it stands up on its hind ones with certain attacks

Doesnt looks so terrifying the bosses moveset is pretty much the same as every tree spirit.
According to some CZcamsrs who got to play early, it has three phases that it can alternate between- lightning, wind, and one other that I forgot (maybe fire?) but anyway this isn't even close to its full moveset so don't get too cocky
@@beef_baby The only real difference i see is the whirling fog attack but tree spirits also use some kind of elemental pillar attacks, no matter if its fire/lightning/rot, its a visual difference but the movement remains the same.

Hmmm...doesn't look all that challenging.
Apparently it’s the easier of the two bosses and both iron pineapple (really good at souls games and known for challenge playthroughs and experimenting with these games) and vaatividya (also really good at them) took a pretty long time to beat them, but they just used spirit ashes in the end so they would have enough time to make content for the previews and it became easy. the other boss they fought was even harder.
if he took the sword with moonlight power at 2nd phase I 😂
