How To Make A Simple Drill Powered Jack Using Motorcycle Sprocket And Chain | DIY

Hello Everyone!
Today I show you how to make a simple drill powered jack using motorcycle sprocket and chain. I converted the rotary motion into linear motion with the help of nut and bolt. I used 20mm nut and bolt to make this diy jack. To increase the torque from the drill machine I used sprockets, chain and a angle grinder gear box. 90 degree transmission is achieved by using the angle grinder gear box. This diy car jack is very simple and easy to make at home. This homemade car jack is very powerful and it lifts the car very easily. By using this homemade jack vehicles can be very quickly lifted. No physical effort is required to operate this diy homemade car jack. This homemade jack is operated by the drill machine. This drill hack is very interesting. I really enjoyed the making of this diy jack. This diy jack really works good. I hope you guys will enjoy this angle grinder hack.

You have great idea. I have few Questions:
1-What’s the purpose of straight cut you made on the screw threads?
2-Where is this straight cut engaging inside the Nut?
3-How you stopped the screw from rotating while you drive the sprocket (There must be something engaged with the straight slot you made on the Screw.
I will appreciate if you give little information on that as well. Thanks 🙏

Thanks man. The straight cut is engaged to a pin which is welded to the pipe 4:35 . The bold moves up and down, then the bold rotation is prevented by the pin
