I was the one who shut down the escalators down . My wife was at the top of the other escalators trying to run down and I hit the emergency shut off.

I was there and my husband. 2 gun shot.
Then stop. Then 4 mores
We crawled to get out we were on ground floor not far from the doors.
Then around 10 minutes after more gunshots .
I spoke to a air canada, mexican host and we asked to tell us the thruth and said yes it was real gunshot.
It is in my opinion really not what felt down. Maybe yes if gunshot hit it it.

@@marthahebert1623 yea I was coming up the escalators into the security room when I heard subtle pop noise, then heard people screaming shooter. Then there was a literal stampede of people trampling one another. I knew instantly it wasn’t a gun shot, it was the stampede of people that got dangerous.
