@@Reptile_Gecko i rewatched the episode and what had happened was it was his car but on Chicago P.D episode 9 season 4 it turns out He was framed he was drunk he did drive the car but he pulled over to sleep it off but got ambused and attacked and his attackers crashed the car into a minivan Severide was cleared of all charges and released, that's why i dont like crossover shows becauuse you have to watch What ever your watching and then go back and watch chicago pd or chicago med or chicago fire and sometimes law and order

They dont seem like true friends. They call him pants, dont even know his real name, and hes the only one with his arm trapped. It seems like hes the joke of the group and they didnt want to risk getting hurt so made him do it. Poor severide.
