The fact that gigi is raising her daughter completely opposite to how she was raised by her mother should be enough of a red flag, telling us that Yolanda did what SHE wanted, not what her daughter wanted

She's the only one that doesn't have lyme disease according to Yolanda and I always got the feeling that that was because Gigi wasn't willing to go along with it. She always seemed more comfortable with herself than Bella especially and, therefore, was more comfortable standing up to her mom occasionally (maybe because, unlike Bella, she's naturally very pretty and blonde and 'western looking'). I'm sure that Yolanda believes that, without Zayn being a 'bad influence' (by encouraging her to stand up against her mother) she can convince Gigi but I hope that she stands her ground for Khai's sake.

Poor zayn just wants to be a good and protective father by giving his daughter privacy. I'm also a bit upset with gigi because she lets her mom meddle. The fact that Gigi said that she is “neutral” in this case made me 200% sure that Zayn is innocent here. He never really physically attacked Yolanda. I can't say it wasn't about race, however, on the RHOBH, Yolanda was said to have Lymes disease. She went to extreme (IMO) Lengths to "deal" with it. It was constant. I totally agree. If Zayn had displayed aggressive behaviours earlier he probably would have been "exposed" a long time ago. Second, it's sad that Yolanda had to put up all this theatre just because Zayn being a father who really cares about his baby's well being is protecting her from showbiz/showbiz because he knows firsthand what it's like to live day in and day out with cameras tracking her every move. I live in the middle east (but I'm british like Zayn) this couple has alot of support from Muslims, they are a great representation of how many modern Muslims live but I'm seeing many bloggers saddened by this as there is a stereotype that Muslim men are violent or treat women badly so this is going down terribly and many are very upset that either he's somehow letting everyone down or that Yolanda is lying and playing on this stereotype.

So that could be seen as an admittance of guilt, but typically if the charges are small, it’s easier for someone to simply comply and move on rather than waste more time and money on it.

Sounds exactly like what I used to go through.... She's manipulative. She provoked him (without him even having a clue what was happening) until she got enough of a rise out of him for her to exaggerate, embellish and even flat out lie. She tells him he starts it. Now he's left wondering what even happened. He doesn't like to argue so he's just letting it go because he has no idea that it's about custody of his child. I used to deal with that same scenario all the time (except the custody part), until I realized one day exactly what was happening. I used to ask myself how I started these arguments when I hate arguing, but when you're being so masterfully manipulated and have no idea it's actually an easy trap to fall into repeatedly. They know exactly what to say, how to say it and when to say it. Until you figure it out, you actually believe that you accidentally started it. Of course, I don't know much about their situaton. It just sounded all too familiar.

My answer to the question in the title of this video is yep. Most likely. Everything I’ve seen about her indicates that she is not right and a crazy controlling, borderline abusive and overall pretty terrible mother. I honestly couldn’t trust her as far as I could throw her.

It's likely that Zayn is actually a positive influence for Gigi, and reinforces her obvious desire to live life the way she wants to since she wasn't able to do so previously. Gigi is likely torn (as she's been quoted), and as a result of consequence, sides with her mom because of the sense of "security" and "family." It's hard to blame her... It's frustrating that this mother (Yolanda) cannot let her child live life without criticism or having control. I hope that can change someday.

Over-bearing and controlling mothers always seem to ruin their children’s relationships unless their children develop strong boundaries. Which is hard when all you knew growing up is how to please your controlling parents in order to keep yourself safe
Talking crap isn’t enough for a father or any parent to lose custody. Even if he pushed her. As someone who is in a custody dispute myself, it takes a lot. Like A LOT. If anything this would piss of the judge and the judge is going to make a decision they’re all going to be pissed with. If anything Yolanda and Gigi need to chill out.
