Proving that the key to "coastal" isn't the color blue, Leia's elevated palette of white with black accents mixes with elements like white oak flooring, warm brass finishes, durable fabrics and soft, textured rugs to create a light and bright, casual seaside escape for her client's whole family to enjoy.

Beautiful! I love so many things about this home, the oak beams, the kitchen island, the pops of green with the plants and veggies, that bonus upstairs room, the list goes on. It's gorgeous! And love how there are no "life at the beach" signs, but it's still beachy!

The worst interior design I have ever seen
Nice but the interior should reflect & be consistent with the exterior. This is such a charming house on the exterior, it deserved to have a coordinating inside. Nothing makes me more sad than destroying the continuity of the architecture inside & out, in the time period it was made. Interior design is pretty for a contemporary design (love small amount of black) but With all due respect it belongs in a new construction with modern exterior.
