- Hi Guys! I thought this video is the absolute best way to bring to an end my videos of being out on the Cultural Representative Program at EPCOT. This video is a summary and broken up into topical memories and a mix of old footage, unseen footage, and new footage of me discussing all things CRP! If you have had any questions along the way, I hope me breaking it all up for you and somewhat story-telling has helped answer it for you. This video took me hours and hours to make and I worked real hard on it, so if you loved it as well any comments/likes would be greatly appreciated. Seriously though, thank you so much to everyone who has watched Stephen’s Journal throughout my American adventure. It truly has been amazing and I’m so grateful to have all these videos to look back upon, and I hope it will help some of you future CRP applicants, too.

I’ve recently discovered the CRP and have been looking for more information on CZcams, which led me to watch all of your videos in one day! I feel like I’ve been transported there for a day! Thank you so much for making them, would love to know more about what it’s like getting back home and what to do after completing the program ✨💙🏰💙✨
Hi Mollie! Thank you so much thats so kind! The first little bit when coming back home is hard, you're so busy over there and surrounded constantly by friends, so getting home and having that like... silence?.. was difficult, and you miss it a lot, but it doesn't take long to get yourself back in to a routine you had before you left. After completing the program, I apply for jobs really using Disney on my CV, and it definitely works! I ended up working for one of Northern Ireland's best hotels as a restaurant manager thanks to my experience with Disney!

We have only just found ‘Stephens Journal’ on You Tube & absolutely love it!!! We are working our way through all of the episodes .. our 15 year old son wants to do this, so it is great to follow you on a down to earth journey… it makes me & my Husband wish we were young enough to do it 🤣 … excellent work Stephen ☺️ x
Thanks Samantha for such a lovely comment! I totally recommend for your son to do it. I was around 15 when I found out about it on a trip to Disney... it stuck with me, and I made it happen! Now im forever obsessed!!

@@samanthaparker532 as that was my second time, I said that was it. Truth is, I sit here every day waiting to hear when they'll announce CRP's back over to re-start the programs. As of right now, I 100% think I'd go back again in a heartbeat!

I really want to do this program (I’m from Canada) but the only thing holding me back is the thought I might not be able to go home for a year. How much vacation Time did you get? Because I would really like to at least visit home for a bit
My God... Baby photos?! The throw ins are a hell of a lot tamer to when I did the CRP in 2004!
Also, no mention of UK Lads? That still going on?
Haha right!? The throw-ins now are basically a pub quiz, but NOT to be confused for initiations at Happy Mondys/Lads/Lasses... they are still awful! Something nobody will ever forget to get shirted! Lads is still heavily a thing. Well, was until the programs stopped! But definitely feel it'll start up again no problem once its all back to normal
Hi Stephen, love the video! Only just watching now as applications open for the CRP again! I am pretty keen on applying but I’ll be 24 if I go. What are the ages of people on the crp generally?
Hi Becky! I was 24 during these videos. My first program I was 20, second 24, and if I get to go back, i'd be 26/27. When I was there, the age range was 19-44. You'll find most are like 23-29 sort of range.
Great video! Lot’s of great information. Just to be clear it is shared accommodation right?
Thank you! All accommodation holds 4 people. But you can either share a bedroom, or have your own bedroom shared bathroom with 1 other, or own bedroom and bathroom (based on availability). But regardless, all apartments will have 4 occupants.

How much research would you say is needed for this? (Possible im joining in 2025)
I just based my research of watching other people's youtube videos. You don't need to be a major Disney fan, they more base it of your personality in the interviews!
How long did you prepare for it?
It's great to watch all these vlogs! Did you get your email to return and are you going to return?
