  • This variation of the angle throw drill is the adductor rocker angle throw!
    Adductor Rocker and Single Leg Angle Throws are great to teach athletes on the run throws and angle throws for infielders!
    ✅ Postural Changes. Change the orientation of your spine
    ✅ Scapular Function. Explore how the scapular rolls around the rib cage.
    ✅ Pelvic Roll. Allow pelvis to roll and extend. Glute function.
    Some progressions to explore trunk orientation/spine angle and arm slot, allowing the forearm to unravel through ball release.
    Scapular function on the ribcage is key in order to set and stabilize the shoulder joint through the motion.
    The same principles still apply regarding blended movement of the scapular, trunk and glove side integrity. Learn to create resistance/tension within your body to release that tension at the right time!
    Lots of fun working angle throws and release points! This is fantastic to help athletes learn and understand how to change the orientation of their spine!
    This helps them adjust their arm slot and feel how the forearm should unravel through ball release, simulating an on the run type throw!
