A great episode that nearly had me choking with laughter - thanks, I needed that! Thanks, too, for the review of the new AyA over/under gun. The Basques in Eibar are building beautiful handmade guns, comparable to the best from just about any maker in the world today (and typically great value for money).

FYI, *chili* (one L) is a dish made of stewed meat and spices while *chiles* are the spicy fruit of the Capsicum genus.
Its OK to not be OK! with regards to the challenge, my idea of hell, as like Johnny I don't do hot spice. Surprised Mike gave up. Very entertaining video loved it.

Speaking a cheap turkish guns. Does anyone know anything about the Hatsan Optima O/U? I can't find much about them. Also, this is like top gear but with guns and I love it!

It would be good to get a test of the ATA Pro vs the usual suspects (used silver pigeon/B525/MK38) as a first gun choice. If you could do this before my SGC is issued (applied to Lancashire Police in September 2023 and expected in April/May 2024!) I’d be much obliged.

Kind of off topic... but why are extended chokes frowned upon in hunting guns in UK?!
(...it's "relatively" OK to have extended chokes when shooting sporting clays... but you "need" flush/internal chokes when shooting game?!)
It's a traditional thing makes the guns look racer/ sportier more try hard looking with extended chokes . Remember they dress in tweed etc over here and drink gin and have nibbles
@@davidpyper82...I figured it may have something to do with that... so, if I ever go to a game shoot in UK, leave the extended chokes home...

Who'd have guessed that so many English words I thought ended in "T" really don't! As to the guns: If the forend wood is left proud of the iron, I move on. Just doesn't look right to me, but I'm only one guy ("bloke"?). I won't comment on the English (?British) masochist/sadistic proclivities. It's a sexual thing best left unexplored.
S'good to be Bri'ish, fella. If you think the English are crazy, the Scots (Scoh'ish) say "hold my beer". I would have loved to have seen this, but with buckfast to see how long their vision lasted.
