Yeah that one is very troublesome. I recommend to not fight unless its necessary. The main goal is to survive the countdown time so try to stop time as much as possible. You can walk through the floor and regain your jumps when time is stopped since you don't take floor damage with Witch time.
Staying in the air can help make the enemies miss the pillars which will give you more chances to run away.

6:00 u can actually just run across the fire with spider masquerade
