Me chemistry ka student hu mujhe Kai tarah ke alkohol ko lab me use(chuna) karna padta hai. Kiya ye mahfuz hai (halal/haram)

Non Alcoholic beer is also Haram. It's a wrong interpretation given by you. It may not contain alcohol. But that fruit gets fermented and eventually creates alcohol itself.

Bhai alcohol is not evaporated, the barley juice is not fermented. When it is kept for fermentation then alcohol forms. When not fermented alcohol doesnt form,Then it is non alcoholic and therefore not a beer. The companies sell by Branding it Non alcoholic beer, jab ki wo beer nai recti.

@@lifegamerpro4033 alcohol is not removed, the mixture is just allowed to ferment. Once alcohol forms u can't remove it completely because the mix keeps fermenting and alcohol keeps forming.
