  • Barracuda Lake, aka Luluyuan Lake, is a popular diving spot on Coron Island in the Philippines. It’s famous for its thermocline, which is a steep temperature change in a body of water. The lake also contains both salt water and fresh water and is surrounded by limestone cliffs, making it a unique diving experience.

For all the people, This lake is protected by the local government through strict rules. This lake has also been a tourist spot even before i was born, and due to it's strict rules and regulations the water hasn't been trashed by tourists ever since it was opened.

*_For people saying to just leave it, FYI, it wasn't discovered yesterday and it's been a tourist spot for more than 15 years and the water is still super clear, and tourists are literally just swimming in less than 1% of the whole area of the lake so you need to relax people, this lake is really BIG. Shown in this video is just less than 1% of the whole lake and there are no developments around the lake. I've been there twice._* 😁

Idk why but that certain body of water and that darkness at the bottom scares me. Or even a submarine that the military owns. That would be scary too, getting hit by the blades as it's coming up? And they have been doing research under there for so long and nobody knew they were being watched. Just stuff that came over me while I watched. First time I felt like that.

This has been a famous tourist spot for years. Like 10 years or more, I dont remember. And til now, the rules are very strict. You can't even bring food there. And you can't stay that long since you almost only go there as part of a island hopping tour.
