Funny how those development homes that are all squished too close together where there's no privacy have huge floor to ceiling windows, but out in a beautiful scenic setting where you have all the privacy you want the windows are small and centered on one wall. Doesn't do it for me. I would love one those big luxury Toll brothers homes with all the huge windows and balconies and build it on an acre lot with all the privacy and spectacular views. Yes!!
No no, San Diego, not SF. Could plant some emerald riesling in the back. Looks like June gloom. Temecula is great. The Hart winery is one of my favs. Travis (Joe) Hart is a great person to get to know. I can imagine a rainy winter day, with the fire blazing and sipping a Hart red wine, or be out on a hot summer say sipping some Temecula bubbly or a chilled Rose of Sangiovese. I know I guessed it. They are growing vitis vinifera plants in a row. Rainbow gap allows the onshore flow to come into the area. It can get scorching in September in the area, But, mostly the weather, errr climate is great.
I personally would LOVE living here. I would rather live away from the city and be able to have views and space like this. Your dollar goes so much farther if you don't need to be minutes from everything. I noticed the septic covers as you were showing the back yard. I personally would make sure that is well inspected and make sure the leech lines and all that is pristine and working well! With a luxury pool and some killer landscaping this would be the best place to quarantine forever💜. I love love 1 level wide room living.. It makes more sense to me than climbing huge staircases between rooms.. You could easily add on to this property, or add a guest house. Plenty of room for kids, family and a few dogs... I like the city homes, but I could picture myself in a home like this for life!💜Great seeing!

Danny ..what temecula are you talking about in case if there is 2 in california..last time i checked on the map temecula was right near san diego which it 2 hrs from LA ..so how come you said 1 hr from san Francisco?🤔🤔🤔
