is there a way to do shadows with evee because i tried it but it doesnt work, only is cycles, my pc is not strong enought for cycles.
I don't think there is a way to do it in evee. If you wanna try a little harder you can do it in after effects or davinci resolve. But it takes so much time...

how to ad background music
You can do it adobe premiere pro. But you also have some easy and free options like capcut. Which is very easy and free to use for final touches.

Add light. May be you have not added light. If it doesn't work then try re-adding material to the object
