Let’s talk about grieving life before receiving our lupus diagnosis.
This space is about spreading lupus awareness. I also talk about the connection between trauma and chronic illness. I share some information I’ve learned from living with lupus. I was diagnosed with lupus in February 2020. I still have a lot to learn and would like to learn from you if you’ve had the illness much longer. I use this space to share resources and insights I've found useful along the way.
