    They picked up a high CRP count years ago, every single doctor told me they couldn't help or do anything. Zero help. I eventually gave up and now it looks like I could have cancer...

      Load up on plant base foods especially vegetables...flavonoids, polyphenols, mushrooms, sqash, beans, lentils, buckwheat, brown rice and cruciferous vegetables and drink at least 2 liters of water per day. Research hibiscus, spirulina, slippery elm, milk thistle, remember avocado and tomatoes are fruits aim for those oppose to sweet fruit 🙏🏼

      Trust in Allaah. You won't go before your time. And get on proper diet, such as a paleo keto approach, with alternative day dry fasting from dawn to dusk, spend time in prayer and charity daily, and unify God.

    Hi doc. Why did you not define “inflammation” …. What exactly is inflammation????
    And the it’s causes?

      @@henrikmadsen2176 there are three main sources of inflammation being: emotional stress, chemical stress, and physical stress. These chemical, physical and emotional traumas ignite inflammatory processes that not only cause damage to tissues, like arteries, joints and organs, but the nervous system is also becomes dysfunctional from these stressors as well. When the nervous system becomes locked in a dysfunctional and stressed “fight or flight” response, it keeps the body in an inflammatory state.

      Yes. All eating has a low grade inflammation in response. Probably meant to get eating hormones going.
