Hi by the way I have a problem for The Sims 3 because in fact when I put my code on ea app it tells me that it has already been used but yes because in fact the first time it was buggy so I got out of call it to be able to put the code back and that's when it tells me yes the code has already been used so what do I do?

Have you tried contacting EA? They should be able to help with that! They have a live chat
