I'm not one for commenting, but the MONY story is money. I've been a "trying hard" songwriter for decades, and that may be the best origin story I've ever heard. Keep up the great work, Otis, people notice.

Delightful man. Thanks. I lived in NYC for a long time and would always see the MONY sign and comment to myself on the irony of it. Now I learn that somebody had the inspiration, talent, and persistence to take that and make something of it. I owned the 45 of Tommy James singing it but never put it together. Nice video.

Lots of Hag lately, seems to me. He certainly deserves all of it. He was revered while he was still kicking ass, but it seems that people are now even realizing just how good he really was. One of the top 2 ever in the business. (Second to only Willie!) lol
