2024 Street Based Outreach Services for Unsheltered Individuals RFQ Information Session

We’re excited to announce that the City of Seattle Human Services Department (HSD) is seeking applications from qualified agencies to provide neighborhood and population-specific outreach using a team-based model to serve unhoused individuals in seven neighborhoods throughout the City of Seattle. Qualified agencies will work together and with HSD to ensure a collaborative approach to outreach is employed.
