こん時のライブ配信見てたけど、吉Pのラップすっごいかっこよかった。でも吉P本人は天つ風歌いたかったみたいで去り際に一節だけ歌いながら去って行って祖堅さんに「歌いたかったんだね(笑)」って言われてたのめっちゃ好きw

Honestly, this song is a classic, considering the memories, and massive amounts of pain, Titan caused back then. Nice to see this uploaded.
Yoshi-p needs to perform more. Amatsu kaze and dueting with Koji here just isn't enough.

I'm sad that this performance didn't have a full crowd of fans because they absolutely would have lost their minds and screamed their lungs out when Yoshi P came on stage, but I'm also glad it happened at the one concert that everyone can enjoy at any time.

OOh I watched this! 😍. Was the best thing during lockdown.
I always considered Squaresoft's advantage in the old days to be that employees were PEOPLE and ARTISTS first, and corporate employees second.
This balance seemed to reverse in later years, but recently it seems like Square-Enix goes back to its roots - seeing events like this in the film, where developers have space to be playful within their production, it feels organic again.
And I have to say - I haven't played FF16 yet, I'm waiting for the PC release, but I like this guy Yoshi-P! No wonder he gets along with Sakaguchi-sensei well.
But also - I'm very glad that S-E seems to understand how important role music plays in their games. They clearly put the biggest emphasis on graphics, like most other developers, but I believe that the soul, the emotional charge of these productions lies precisely in their soundtracks. Cheers Friends!

Huh? I think that's in FFXIV? Isn't it? I need to sit down and listen to the in-game version again xD
Considering that Under the weight is from ARR which is from 2010, it is much more likely that the opposite is true
@@shard4155 It's 2021 and FFXVI was already in the making back then. And listen to all versions of FF14's Titan themes, none of them has this melody. The cords are already perfectly matched tho.
But really, how could I know for sure? Could this guitar solo came up live and they then take this and expand to be the whole FF16 Titan's theme isn't impossible too. But I'd rather believe that they had made the 16 version at that time (After the OG and the Eden version) and as the cord is perfectly matched, he put that melody into this solo.
In other cases, The Garuda's theme has a direct homage to 14. And The Forbidden Land > To Sail Forbidden Sea are sure to go from 14 to 16 directions.
@@ilakya i can assure you that solo was in the original version of under the weight.
@@ilakya As someone that's beaten their head against Titan in UWU many times, that section has always been there. It's not as noticeable in the normal version in game as it is here, but it is there in the Ultimate version of Under the Weight much more clearly.
