For those having a problem connecting the earbuds to each other do this...
Firstly go to bluetooth settings and forget/unpair the earbuds on the phone.
Secondly long press both earbuds to turn them off.
Now ensure that bluetooth is turned off on your phone then turn the earbuds on while they are in your ears. They will both switch to pairing mode which is the reason why they don't connect to each other because they are both trying to pair instead of only one trying to pair with the phone while the other connects with the other earbud, let them search for a few seconds.
Once you are sure they have failed to find a device double tap one of the earbuds and note which one you have tapped. It will attempt to pair with the other earbud. Upon successful pairing both earbuds will produce a simultaneous click sound to confirm they have both paired.
Now turn on your phones bluetooth and search for the bud which you double tapped and select it. It will work. If not let me know.

I have a pair of these and they are great. The sound quality is very good especially the bass.
Well u have any problem during voice call I have a problem while some body call me and he didn't hear my voice butt at the same time music voice is good .

use to own a pair of these last year. they are amazing. I found a new in box pair on facebook marketplace and am gonna buy tomorrow for $20. it's really amazing how cheap they are for the quality of sound
⚠️To sync together :
- Unpair / forget earbuds in bluetooth settings on your phone and turn bluetooth off.
- Long press both earbuds to turn them off.
- Turn both earbuds on and wait for a few seconds.
- Double tap the LEFT earbud, it will attempt to pair with the other one. When paired both earbuds will produce a click sound.
- Turn bluetooth on in your phone and pair to the LEFT bud.

I tried to recharge the case with the 5V/1A USB cable included in the box but nothing happened (nothing is displayed and the charging level didn't change at all). Someone has an idea of what the problem could be ? (the cable or the port on the case?) Thank you.

I've just got some of these online £14 online and I can be honest there amazing value from the case to the sound unbelievable really why pay more for less they have everything I have got the Bose matrix and there big bulky and don't sound amazing as I paid £250 for what I expected to be great but so dissatisfied these f9s are better if you buy some you won't be disappointed

No issues pairing, but I get absolutely no sound out of either. I get the initial sound of "power on/off" and "pairing/connected", but after that, no sound from anything.

Did you tried just getting the left earpod (it has indication : L for left and R for right )
Get the left earpod and do not remove the right earpod nod the charging box... Connect your phone to F9-L after the successful connection take the right earpod (it should flashes light) and connect together automatically... If not call ur seller 😂😂😂😂

No! They didn't lose it in anyway.
Had the same issue with pairing Left and Right together. I got the solution by having them factory reset. First you need to have both earbuds off and have the device unpair on your smartphone... Second put them back to the charger... Third pick up the Left earbuds and press it for quite 5 seconds.. until the lights on it flashes blue and red simultaneously then put ot down.... Fourth pick up the Right earbuds and do the same thing... Then put both the earbuds to the charger. Then you can try it now.. The smarthphone should detect the Left earbuds only an indication that they are paired back together. Thank me later..

You don’t need to put them back on the charger . You need to turn them off while their in your ears and turn Bluetooth off on your phone . Then turn them back on and let them search for a min before turning Bluetooth back on .

My buds connect but one of them always breaks or cuts of but the controls still works but the sound disappears

I just received yesterday it. Connected to both the first time but then it stopped and will only connect to one or the other! The person on the phone cannot hear me I have to put my phone mic close to my mouth for them to hear me.

They way I got them to connect was putting them in my ears and put my finger on them till they both said power off then at the same time hold both till they say power on and bam it worked it took my awhile but got it figured out and they very loud and please with the quality and they are comfortable and don't fall out
