I found this song by accident last night literally last 9/24/2022. It was a playlist that was randomly thrown together for me by you tube music and it hit me so hard I literally was shaking. Everything I have heard from Lewis is amazing but this one, this one is my current situation spot on...Ironically I find this song on the eve of what would have been our Anniversary of 20 years together (not married but a couple for that long) and he let go because of his uncertainty ( and I take my blame in this too as my anxiety and depression was not easy hurdles for him) in January of this year....after almost 20 years....Lewis this song pushed me further in to being a fan of yours and I have spent the morning looking through your music and so far nothing I have heard has disappointed. But this one, this one grabs me and holds me probably always will. Your voice gives me the chills and your raw emotion is conveyed so masterfully. If I was not before, which I was, I am most certainly a fan now. Keep bring the amazing music to us and keep the down to earth relatable lyrics. I feel like your songs are my life soundtrack. If you write from experience i am sorry you went through all of this....but I so relate as I have. YOU ARE AMAZING~

Every single artist uses autotune. No human can sing every note perfectly. It's just that some are better at singing than others so they need more pitch perfecting and autotune

I've been a metal/goth fan for the last 36 years & never listened to pop music. Then Lewis Capaldi comes along.... his songs, his fans, his comedy.... I lost my mum last month & I don't think I'd have got through it all without Lewis Capaldi. He is soooo precious & I hope that through it all he is protected to live as he chooses..... even if he never returns to a stage again 😢 I'm sure he will be back stronger than ever some day though.
