  • Completed the 2018 Texas 200 with grandson Rio. Port Isabel to Magnolia Beach, roughly 250 miles. Video journal of the last three days. Were on the water five. Great time with Rio and a wonderful time sailing Crosswins, a Cross 18 Trimaran.

Yesterday I couldn’t spell yacht. Today I’m on one.
Love the boat. Love the Bimini more.

@@terrygalvin9653 she was a beauty. Fast too. Sold her in 2020. New owner just redid her and sent me pics. A pretty boat.

More tropical parts of the U.S.: Florida Keys, Puerto Rico, American Virgins, Hawaii, Guam, CNMI and American Samoa. Enjoyable video, good grandkid. Put Bob and his baggage on the weather outrigger and set the spinnaker.

Glenn Woodbury You caught my old Hawaiian days speak, was referring to ‘the mainland’ parts. And yes, Rio is an awesome kid. Also like your sail plan. Resembles mine. Sailing a tri has just two rules for me. 1. When the wind picks up, hoist another sail, and 2. Be sure to reduce sail, slightly, just before she breaks apart. Rob wanted the spinnaker...my bad.
