Good music & lyrics can cross age boundaries depending on the person. The concert with the orchestra was really good and if my dad was alive would prove that the musicians I listen to actually know how to play their instruments.

This is/was my song when I felt like I was disposable and being used by someone I loved more than anyone in the world. They'd get what they needed and then throw me away, only to reappear when they needed something. When I need them, they're nowhere to be found. They close their eyes and I'm no longer there. That's pretty much the dynamic of every "friendship" I have now. Throwing me away, I don't know what to do with that.
These guys is one of the most underrated things in the world.

I shared the stage with them about 5-6 years ago when they passed through Colorado on a tour. Immediately fell in love with them, and I've been following them ever since!

I played on stage with these guys back in 13 or 14 when they toured through Colorado. It was an unforgettable show! Been a huge, huge fan, and following them ever since. It's been awesome watching how their music has evolved over the years
I have never heard another song composition that sounds remotely like this. Are the verses a different key than the chorus?! The melodic vocals, the screams, the lyrics, the strings.. this is perfection.

Video is a work of art, too bad it gets ruined by the shitty Hollywood aspect ratio that wastes screen area on the industry standard 16:9 screens.
Ok, sorry, ruined is a strong word, I don't mean ruined, but I hate anything wider than 16:9.
I find the black bars distracting and annoying, makes the screen area too small and it's too unnatural when viewing, like if I'm watching something over a narrow rectangle.

This is truly one beautiful song. You can feel the emotion and not lose sight of the message in still just jaw drop out how perfectly choreographed it is! This is absolutely wonderful!
Chris Harms and his band are just magnificent. Black Halo was my first meeting with LOTL and from that moment i am profundly convinced that this one of the best (maybe the best) group in gothic rock/metal.

Hello to you in Poland, from the current crop I like these but i'd sooner listen to Seraphim Shock or even Fields of the Nephilim for a more true goth metal but I prefer the term dark metal.

They've grown in sound soo much since the Die Tomorrow album, Thornstar and this song in particular is their best yet. Awesome to see them getting more recognition.
They were good also before but nowdays they seems be really different level.
A lot of their earlier songs were about things like sex and love , but their most recent albums have much deeper meanings and more serious themes
Yeah, their theme albums are great. Bit more serious, and more atmospheric/epic. Production is also wayyyy better now.
