Last week we got, what is for me at least, one of the most important updates for FH5. Antilag really sounds incredible in FH5 and these cars are one of the best sounding ones. I think none of us expected update like this and I think we all are enyojing it haha.. Hope you like it.

Yeah, insanely unrealistic! The devs literally made their own version of anti-lag which is non-existent in the real world.

@DMorton That Lancer in you pic, I've commonly heard sounds like that when off the throttle during numerous rally events. Rocket anti-lag sounds like that to that degree from the evolutions with whatever common set up people are using in those events.
Good thing they added this but for me its way too much popping when there shouldnt be.

i mean in the real world you dont often see anti-lag on normal cars, tends to be more of a rally thing

And it's extremely unrealistic in the game. It's not even how anti-lag works. I Tune cars with and without anti-lag daily. The devs should have googled how anti-lag works before setting it up the way they did

If on the next horizon you can tune your own antilag. Flame size/ color/sound/ interval/ and shuffle the sounds and intensity if you want. It would be bigggg

Its interesting the Number 14 Ford Racing GRC Fiesta is in this video as that was the very first car i added anti-lag to since the update released and it's been the only rally car I've used ever since

Good colour grading on the editing. If you have good monitor you should try to adjust colour levels and contrast of the monitor, you can get good results but not this good on the video

i love anti lag but personally i keep it off from cars like the RS7 or the Ferrari 599XX as they already sounds insane off-throttle and i feel like the anti lag sort of overshadows their own lift off sounds and makes them sound more generic. absolute blessing tho for all the hundreds of cars that sound absolutely generic in this game. massive W for those

It sounds cool i just wish you could like change the rpm that the anti lag actually like starts, say at 4k rpm and then once you wanna go fast change it to like 2.5k because it pops even at half throttle while cruising and it's annoying.
its a little over the top tbh, it was definitely catered more towards the younger players rather than people who understand what antilag does and how it works

It's definitely nice that they added anti lag, but backfire still sounds like utter shit tho... GT7 sounds closer to what it would be like based on real life rally clips with tons of popcorn sound backfires. I still don't understand how this game got an award for sounds.
If I’m being honest, the anti lag is only good in the rally and dirt cars. If it’s on any other it’s terrible imo.

Honestly this feel like a pretty rushed addition to the game. It’s the same on every car, sounds the same and juts feel really dodgy, if they actually put in some effort this could have been awesome
i like forza but it's unrealistic, normal cars don't tend to have those explosions, it's more like rally cars and you can see even the pixels of the explosions, things in which forza should improve on this should implement some flames and nitro but it would be like nfs
