Rootree automates coffee degassing valve application with a solution from Syntegon - for premade bags. The Canadian company wanted to reach a higher output for the process on the one hand - and upheld their high sustainability standards on the other hand.
Valve applicator CVA was seamlessly integrated and increased the output significantly. The degassing valves were applied with ultrasonic sealing. This technology also enables the machine to process the more environmentally friendly mono-materials of Rootree’ s recyclable and compostable product lines.
