- HEY GUYS,
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR JOINING ME ON THIS VIDEO. THIS WAS MY LAST WILD CAMP OF 2021, FILMED ON THE 28TH DECEMBER 21. I WAS OUT ON THIS RECENT CAMP WITH UK WILD CAMPER. WE HEADED UP TO THE BEAUTIFUL NORTH YORKSHIRE MOORS FOR THIS ONE, AND WHAT A GREAT NIGHT WE HAD ON YET ANOTHER WILD CAMPING UK ADVENTURE!

There’s an awesome place about 5 minutes walk from there, completely out of the way and you can’t see it from the track. Very sheltered from the wind too

like the porch on your tent , it would have to have a white inner though . colours play havoc with my vision , great to see you out and about Carrie . chill out viewing 😀 them quieter nights usually mean a frosty morning
@@ukcarrieoutdoors9840 iv spent all summer buying -30 down sleeping bags , gore tex cover because down is useless damp .. best sub zero clothing to test and other uber expensive gear .to.test theres no snow up sutherland yet 😃😃😃 .. am i going to look a pillock when certain folk want pictures of their gear on a snow coverd peak overlooking some icy winter wilderness 😂😂😂😂 nooooo
awesome video Carrie. I would like to visit the north York moors and possible camp there, my main concern is the possibility of adder snakes, as i've seen notices about them near the north York moor railway stations.
Yes this is a risk at certain times of year, but I’ve only ever seen 2 and both were in the road as they’d been ran over. I’ve never seen one alive however they are up there & you need to make sure you’re aware and take precautions. I’d say go an enjoy yourself just be aware of possible risks such as adders

The part in the video with the silhouette in the tent...always reminds me of carry on camping 😂
The condensation is the one main thing I don't miss with tent camping...hence the hammocks. Do love a canvass lavvu, it's just the weight that makes it so difficult. Great video lovelies...good to see you out. Roll on spring eh guys?

Nice video Carrie and audio was OK. I like the tent although a bit big for me as i go solo on my wild camps. I also love the woodland wild camps and the outdoors is great isn't it. I only started wild camping 6 months ago mainly for mental health reasons. ATB.

do you need permission to camp? is it legal?
You can be asked to move on, but that’s never happened to me. You’ll only usually come up against problems if you refuse to move on when asked.
Proper wild camping,pitch up late and leave early.
Planning my first wild camp this year and obviously been from Yorkshire it makes sense to do the North York Moors first. Any tips would be amazing and great video 👌🤙⛺⛺
