This was miles above any SWAC stand that I have ever seen. I am in awe. The formation changes and stepping down on those bleachers was EVERYTHING! Spectacular job, young ladies.

Stand routines have become the craze. I remember McKinley HS Pantherettes doing stand routine when Brianni Bankston was captain. And there is no stand routine more memorable to me than the NCAT Golden Delights show during the 2016 Queen City BOTB. I would say they were doing stand routines regularly long before many people noticed. The DD4L show here is very good. Ms. Dee is getting the best and brightest in Georgia. They seem to dance with more technique and control now than they did back when Ms. Dee did the TV show. Everything then seemed to have been centered on bucking and jump splits.
The hair flips got me in a chokehold. I watched this video and i ky watched the way they flipped their hair. How yku not miss one hsir flip!!! Someone said "Dr. Williams" and theyre right!!! Babyyy Dr. Williams got the girlz looking better than the SWAC and the SWAC cant handle it 🔥🔥🔥🔥
