It has a strong identity, a conceptual vision and a little flash of humour running through all the darkness.
Although im not a fan the occult, this dips into the theatrical side of it all, making it perfectly easy to stage. Vocally we know she can deliver and theres nothing else in the competition as heavy as this so this will really stand out. I hope Ireland qualify this year with this. One of my favourite and THE most exciting Irish entry for quite a long time!

Me (metal head) and my daughter (not metal head) were going through some of the songs for this year in the car the other day. We both decided that this should be regarded as one of the favourites. Too many songs, like the UK (as usual), are too safe/boring to win. You have to stand out and this certainly does that. I've said for years that the UK needs to rock it up a bit. Just surprised that Ireland did it first.
