This is just a fun one. Nothing deep or hidden. Ren has a few gems like this where he's just flexing his talent and I'm here for it.
Ren can never be pegged as any particular genre. There are so many directions he takes his talent.

losing it is a dance track by fisher (oddly enough)....Ren rapped over it ( with a little amending) hence re-take...did u do the nas retake...like that, yeah..❤ # o just checked u havent done the nas retake....but defo look at 'wicked ways' and '7sins.'....u may like them😊 (if u dont get too distracted by the videos)😂

That is my favorite Ren song of ALL. I wish it had been on his recent CD. I'd play it over and over again. I mean, I already play the CD over and over, but I'd play this track most of all. SO GOOD. And I've never been in to rap.
In an interview, Ren said he makes tracks like this one "for fun." So, this track is Ren not trying very hard, lol.
Fisher is an award winning EDM producer and DJ from Australia. He had a big club hit with this track (minus Ren's rapping) about a decade or so. Ren took Fisher's track and remixed it and put his own lyrics on it. When Ren puts out a "retake" on his CZcams channel, that's what he means: taking someone else's track and doing his own thing with it.
Fisher released Losing It in July 2018
This is one of his Re-Take songs, he's also done a version of "Bittersweet Symphony" by the Verve, (I thing the bass guitarist from the Verve loved it so much he sent Ren a Guitar), "Right Here, Right Now" by Fat Boy Slim as well as others.
I call this one his pop-culture Easter egg hunt! So fun.
Definitely one you need to listen to a lot to catch all of the lyrics.
Always love the energy you bring! Ren's new single, Troubles is a inspiring, deep and autobiographical from ages 19-26. Polar opposite to this but lyrically amazing. It's poetic and all metaphors.
Ren can step into any genre. This is Ren going crazy over EDM beat. This one's fun!

"I'm in my feeling when I’m scheming to be taking the throne" ... Macbeth, a play by William Shakespeare, is about a couple who are fated to be King & Queen of Scotland. On the surface, it is about the two scheming and murdering their way to the top and to stay there. But they would have become king and queen without all that, they are just speeding up the process, and also speeding up their own undoing. And that is the "subtext" of the play, it is time, human lifetime, and speeding it up, and ultimately losing it. In 🐷 Ren's Losing It (FISHER Rap Retake), he mentions Macbeth, "I'm about to go beastmode, I'm about to go Macbeth" just before Ren speeds up his rapping speed to go triple time.

there are a few pop culture references like Roxanne by the Police, Shawshank Redemption, Morgan Freeman, Tom Cruise and some of his movies, David Backham (UK footballer), Steveie Wonder and of course the DJ Fisher.
"I'm a digital vampire, terabyte (terror bite)" is my favourite line. This track is just Ren having fun with rap and intricate wordplay. It's brilliant but it's not profound. "Fun" and "impressive" are more suitable adjectives here. :)
As others have already stated, there is ZERO hidden meaning behind the lyrics, it's simply a fun song, end of!!!!
