- YOU WILL NEED TO SEE EPISODE VII BEFORE YOU WATCH THIS. Here it is! Finally! Also, please be noted that this is a bit darker than previous episodes. Also, RightonTracks10 has resigned from voice acting, so a big farewell to him! Anyway, enjoy!
Cast:
Thomas: RightonTracks10 .
Edward: EnterprisingEngine93
Boco: Andrew Homer
Gordon and Henry with Boco - a little perturbed by the Truck's singing - Edward and Stepney not so bothered - hilariously funny. 😂😂😂😂😂
And Neil enjoyed it
Quite right! No disagreement with that!
This episode literally explains who I am I suffer severe depression and anxiety along with a plethora of other mental conditions, but despite that, I've managed to carry on. This episode literally saved my life. Thank you.
HenryxEmily4Ever I feel your pain I am like Neil being moved about and then being sent to where wars are then back to where I was originally
i felt a way too. i have aspergers(high function autism) anger issues and mental scars. i fought many fights in my hood, but i lived on. this pretty much gave me inspiration. thank you
HenryxEmily4Ever I used to be scarred of the society when I was really young but I then watched some TV shows and they helped me to now I am happy with friends
HenryxEmily4Ever i think this is fake
It obviously is
No one puts this on youtube
I have autism, not many issues with depression though, and this is my favorite episode ever.
When Neil mentioned "Loaf of bread" at 8:56 he's referring to that as the Middle eastern version of the "French revolution".
11:11 love that quote from forrest gump
“How did you survive”
“Mentally I didn’t”
That’s the quote Is… deep
The trucks are singing! Isn't it beautiful?
Yes!
Always look on the bright side of life!
golly!
I just wonder what diesel 10 is up to?
georgemiser no offense but I find it kind of find it anoying
Man, those troublesome trucks singing very good I love that.
When Neil was explaining that everyone was slaughtered in his story, I hear Lilly's theme. I remember that theme from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollow's Part 2. I feel sad about Neil's story in India and i hope his friends help him get over his past experience.
Me too, hearing that theme gave me chills :(
The world is a scary place sometimes, Neil sir. There are two sides to people and things in this world. Light and darkness. Neil is shining brightly through his aged axles and gears. The Indian engines have either light with a hint of shadow or just dark personalities with a little soft speck light of empathy. As for the Somalians, the engines are the latter similar to the Indians but the people behind all this depression are pure darkness. Darkness in it's blackest form. One that is only shone by fire and rage.
Keep the sky blue, Neil! Mark our words!
Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life 12:27
EngineNumber14 I don't understand why the trucks did that. Did they feel sorry for him?
Actually 12:03.
No, I’m enjoying this!
Ah always look on the bright side of life one of Monty Python’s best songs
That was wonderful, I love the song Always look on the Bright Side of Life
Book Book vigil huh ujjjjjj
Me too!
Monty Python
Always look on the bright side of life, doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo doo, tell your friends and your ex wife, doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo doo
It wasn't just that for me. You guys prove that certain pieces of music can offer relief from fear. For me, it was a hymn that made me face a fear of a hospital operation. ' I, the lord of sea and sky!' got me to face it and not run away from it. For Neil it was that song from Monty Python and the Holy Grail and he realised that a lot of the Engines were there for him.
Neil was afraid of - well ? - basically everything. And even coming back home to Sodor. Didn't help, not until he knew that the Engines of Sodor were there for him. Stepney's right, you really don't know what will happen. It's like a box of chocolates! And indeed. Mark Twain - or Samuel Clemens as he was also known - knew the demons of this matter.
It took the version of ' I, the lord of sea and sky' by the Wells Cathedral Choir for me, to face the fear of that hospital operation and prove to me, that hiding or running is not the answer. If you do have some of these fears, then listen to that version of this hymn for yourselves, of ALL AGES!!
Being afraid or scared is understandable. If you do another story featuring Neil, Clive and Matthew - try to put that into it. And there's some youngsters in Uvalde in Texas, who need that sort and kind of help. Those old characters have a wisdom of their own. And maybe there's a way of a path to be found.
Very deep story-lines, but good to see a lesser know engine getting such a deep back-story.
I bloody love ‘always look on the bright side of life’, was not expecting it to show up here!
Always look on the bright side of life is a great song and because of this video I discovered Monty Python, the original group who sang that song, thanks for a great song and a wonderful video, I love all you episodes
Stepney:the past is in the past Elsa:LET IT GO! LET IT GO!
Vinzsideoflife NO!😠

That ending is amazing. It made me smile
How about the 3 engines work in America and they would work in California from 1941-1967 and in 1969, the 3 engines were sent to the Strasburgh railroad . In 1978 the 3 engines were separated so Neil would go to a rail yard in Chicago, Mathew would work at a rail yard in ohio and Clyde would work at a rail yard in Wyoming but they were all sent to 3 separate railroad museums in 1986 and Neil ran excursions at his railroad museum from 1987-2000,Mathew ran excursions at his railroad museum from 1987-1993 and Clyde ran excursions at his railroad museum from 1987 to 1996
I wish they would build a replica of the locomotive that Neil is.
8:40 I was interested in the background music while Neil's continued story.
a great episode, very cleverly made, but also provides a valuable meaning that can be interpreted in many different ways
I feel so bad for Neil, now that the ‘Phantom Saboteur’ trailer came out.
What happend in it?
@@ytchannel1207 everything got shot up and blown up and it's sad since he's seen so much war and violence. I probably brought back a lot of stuff from Somalia

13:13 i don’t remember these lyrics from the song is there a different version of this song?
Those trucks can be a menace, but if they can make Neil feel happy after what he went through, then I'm pretty sure even James could forgive them.
The end song is going to be stuck in my head for 2 weeks
BoCo: maybe not today maybe not tomorrow but soon for the rest of your life
Neil: but what about me?
BoCo: you’ll always have your brothers
In other words. Edward. Be quiet and hear out the story.
Poor Neil...
Yes, poor small Green Train🚂
Love it! Good job
🎶12:00🎶 the troublesome trucks become the musical trucks.

I lowered pitch of the truck singing "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life". It's the actual audio from Monty Python's Life of Brian.

7:55
i love your indian accent xD
5:53 Neil should have said, who are you calling a box?
1:18 WAIT! IS HE THAT NEIL!?!??!?!???!!??!!??!!?!?!!
Wow. This one was very good.
What a beautiful story told here. It's plenty realistic, too. That was great. Neil's story is exceptionally well told, and his attitude is very true, very realistic. He's just great. It escapes me why he would just let Thomas go, however; it seems to me he would say something. Although not doing that enabled the story, so I'm not complaining.
The rest of the characters were fantastic, too. Gordon was no help, but that's as usual, so no complaints there.
The representation of the urge to commit suicide here isn't 100% true to life here, but I don't believe it needs to be in this case; the way it is works just fine. The real pictures were a little jarring, however, especially the baby one. I'm not sure they were necessary.
What was with the voices? Neil's was alright, but Stepney's was terrible, and what the hell happened to Edward's in the middle? It sounded like somebody else patched it up after the fact!
Random question: why was Toad with Duck? Is Oliver okay with that?
Something I noticed was the music; finally, the music is back the way it should be. It was great. And don't think I missed that Star Wars music in there! This whole episode was shot extremely well; now I just want to know what happened to Matthew and Clive!
Overall, this one is one of your best. It supplants it's predecessor as my second-favorite in your series, and even challenges Brave Brothers, though it doesn't quite take it over... yet. This is the quality I'll be expecting in the future.
0:11 why is 87546 here?!
Who sang the next version of Always Look on the Bright Side of Life? I have seen it on Si3DFilms' channel. But what kind of version is it?
ALOTBSOL was first sung by its composer Eric Idle at the conclusion of _Monty Python's Life of Brian:_
czcams.com/video/SJUhlRoBL8M/video.html
what was the music he used for that somalia section? it sounds scary, yet beautiful!!!
Like as movie is cast away.
Where did you get that version of "Bright Side of Life?"

stepney is older though, baring in mind the terrier tank engines were around 1860s
