always such great energy from Irene, always enjoy her content both here and GTF
So true shes the fish queen
First fish video I’ve seen in a long time where I’ve never seen any of the featured fish before! I hope all of these fish make their way to more stores, they’re beautiful
Great fish tour. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit and shop here!
Irene gives off such a good vibe 😁 great video now I want a Congo puffer 🤦🏻♂️🤣
Same here... puffers are too adorable!
Love seeing Irene at the store. Such a cheerful laugh too. Cool fish for sure.
Awww, thank you! Glad I was able to share my first ever visit to Aquarium Co-Op with everyone. 😊
@@GirlTalksFish It's like making the pilgrimage to a holy land, lol!! Seriously though, you're one of my patron saints of fishkeeping education. I admire the work you're doing with your kids immensely. Thank you for all the lives you make better, both finned and human. I hope you are having a beautiful day!
Just got my first order in the other day from y'all. Super excited!
Check out the synodontis polli white, they are a stunning color morph!
When she was talking about the puffer fish I was shocked how carnivorous it is. I always imagine puffer fih as cute plump little things
Thank you for adding the temperatures in celsius!
Sooo exited for the new store expansion reveal!
It's already such a beautiful store too!
Thanks Irene for having metric conversion on this video, I love how she has this on her channel as well
My pleasure! I always appreciate it when metric users add measurement conversions on screen for me too. 😅
Irene always coming out with the fun content!
Visiting the Aquarium Co-op is definitely on my bucket list. (I am a fish nerd!)
Dwarf petricola are actually Synodontis lucipinnis, kinda like Corydoras julii vs. C.. trilineatus. I have a group of 8 in a 40 br and they are delightful clowns. Also, Synodontis multipunctatus, the larger growing cuckoo catfish, is the one practicing brood parasitism. As mentioned elsewhere, S.polli , is delightful white bodied smaller species. Nice video.
Was such a great and fun day filming with you, Irene! Infectious as always ❤
Running the store like a champ! Hope to visit soon.
Congratulations on your 4 year anniversary!🎉
love you irene
Irene's the best!
Its so weird for me ... the headstanders just give me the feeling something aint right with the fish. yes thats their normal behaviour but if you are condition for fish to swim normal.. this fish needs some adjusting in your expectations. Still a stunning species!
I love oddball fish!
Nice..👍
My favorite of this selection was the Pygmy multi stripe loach.
They look so cool.
Love them, little hardy guys. I have bunch in my aquarium, most of the time they are darting around in the open.
@@mcstabba oh sweet! Thanks for the feedback.
Wow I haven't even heard of most of these and I've been keeping fish for a few years now! This is what I love about the hobby, there's always new fish to discover! Thanks for the video Irene!
Woohoo, glad I could introduce some new species to ya!
Bagus aquarium nya
So thankful to only be an hour from the shop! Love going to visit!
Lucky you! They had such an amazing selection with both common and rarer species.
Now I'm just jealous, lol!! Mostly joking... You're so lucky!! How often do you go?
Fun to see other perspectives within the co-op. :)
This is great! Thank you for dropping this surprise😊
Those apistos are stunning. Every fish in the shop looked amazing in this vid.
I was definitely surprised at the color and vibrancy of all the fish. I thought it might be lighting from the Easy Plant LEDs, but our store manager said it's also because they spoil them with live baby brine shrimp every day.
Yes get that 40 gallon
Buy all the fish
The prettiest face of Aquarium Co-Op.
I wonder, do the pygmy multi-striped oaches eat the nerite snail eggs? Would Brandon be able to provide an answer?
What is the fish that is alongside with stripped loaches ?
Endler's livebearers 👍 ~Irene
Hello!! Can you please make a content on how to start to an aquarium shop. i’m inspired by cory to build my own business too. but i dont know how.
Appreciate the centigrade values as text. Freedom temperature units are still a bit of a mystery to me.
Lol!! Freedom temperature units is a perfect description! 😂🤣
I love the petricolas. I’ve got a group of 8 with my 3 African butterfly fish in a 60 gallon with some hillstream loaches. Hoping to breed them once they reach adult hood
Always loved petricola
cool
You learnt metric 🎉🎉
Really like the way the store is lit.
I didn't even know a Congo puffer existed! I have a school of pea puffers (known collectively as "The Daves") and I love them! Maybe I'll have to get a congo for my 50gal
Amazing video like always
I miss these videos. Also fish unboxing
I have a group of those pygmy multi strip loach in a 20 long. Super active fish!
Cool fish! Some bird species are also brood parasites, for example, brown-headed cowbirds.
Y’all got saltwater or this only freshwater lol?
Aquarium Co-Op focuses on Freshwater only, with a few brackish exceptions every now and then.
Was it Lizzie doing the job of prompter at 6:23 ?
Clutch camera operator 👍🏻
Nice vijeo...
I’d love to see Cory tour Dans Fish out in Wyoming
Thank you for normalizing growing our own live food, Irene. If that is what the fish we CHOSE to keep need, we should take care of them to the best of our abilities. It's more carbon neutral, and you have actual knowledge of the health and food used in raising your feeders. I inherited some guppies that crossed with endlers and were just ugly. When they over-populated the 20 gallon I put about 30 breeding females and countless fry in with the angelfish and let things sort themselves out. My angelfish had a growth spurt and I had an entire 40 gallon planted tank I barely had to feed, and an established 20 I could use for fish I actually wanted to engage with. It's better then clove oil IMO, and at least the life wasn't wasted. It's what nature would do, lol!
Irene, I love your hair.
