Why development banks are important for improving health and wellbeing in Asia and the World

This video is of a talk I was invited to give the Asian Development Bank, at their headquarters in Manila, Philippines, in 2015. It was part of a project to embed health impact assessment (HIA) within the ADB and the Greater Mekong Region Subregion.
It focused on the vital role of development banks and health impact assessment in supporting the protection and improvement of health and wellbeing globally when development projects are funded, designed and delivered.
I led this project with my friends and colleagues Filipe Silva, Martin Birley and Robert Bos.
