Motorcycle tour in Tuscany & Cinque Terre, a ride in the heart of Italy

A summary of our motorcycle road trip in Tuscany and in Liguria. This motorcycle ride started in Bologna and then headed south to the Chianti vineyards, having previously visited the beautiful cities of Firenze and Siena. Then through the roads of the Crete Sienese we visited the most beautiful villages in southern Tuscany: Pienza, Montepulciano, and the beautiful hilltop town of Orvieto. Then passing through the hot springs of Saturnia we joined the north of the region to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa and crisscross the winding roads of the Apuanes mountains which led us to the Liguria region. There were only the steep villages of the Cinque Terre left to reach Rapallo on the Italian Riviera.
