This is also a sort of test run to see if people enjoy this content. If you don't just tell me and I wont do more in the future!

Everyone compares Fersi to Dolores or Constance, but I think he would better be viewed as an upgrade on Vortex.
I think that it's worth mentioning that teammate choice also drastically affects my ratings for Tanks. Little epic Lili can give any Defender or Fighter the undying ability of Baron or Torodor, Ezryn has abilities to protect the squishier tanks, and Gwendolyn's shields trigger all of King Harz's passives. The Esotericist Mages that apply Curse to enemies similarly reduce the damage that their Tanks take. The Devs did a really good job of designing factions for internal synergy, and it's a lot of fun exploring faction dynamics instead of trying to build teams of the best heroes for each class. The only reason I bring this up is that you factored things like skill crystals into your ratings, so you're obviously more willing to weight along multiple variables rather than pure stats.
I really like Captain Reve as a tank, and I think I might put him higher than you have; he is one of three Legend tanks I have that are max-skilled. His control effects synergize very nicely with the Cultist Lords, and he "tanks" by simply holding enemies within the AOEs of the Cultist Mages until they die. Morrigan's Lord skill even increases faction damage against slowed targets, so he serves as a team buffer. His Slow radius extends a square or two in all directions, so he doesn't actually have to be taking damage from someone in order to be doing his job. While Ghan has a "hard" Block that increases up to 6, Reve's got a "soft" Block from his control that scales all the way up to 10. He also deals Magic damage like Cyrus instead of physical, so he will be effective as a damage dealer against different enemies from Torodor or Ghan. Ardeth is kind of a mini-Reve, and his ultimate serves a similar control/buffing role.

I also really want his +Razaak bond skill (and vice-versa ofc). The best meta-account progression bond skills out there IMO.
Just pulled Brokkir and he cleared AMR 18 today finally. I was trying to do it with Olague but he couldnt do it, swapped gear over to Broki and dude is a beast lol

How hilarious is that Abomination (so, a fighter) has more base HP than ANY tank/defender, by far. The only hero with 30K+ max health.
It's like the Glacier set was made for him lol
BTW I would have gave Livian a honorable mention. She's another "freebie" that many sleep on.
Also, tanks with very high magic resist could also get a mention of sorts. High magic resist has it's uses too, not just P def or HP.

If you build Cyrus as a traditional tank he is nearly immortal. By the time an enemy gets through his first summon his ult is already back. Best tank in the game.
fair enough, i wasnt too sure how to place him as he seems to vary so much from person to person. Some say he sucks and some say hes amazing

The list was good. If I have to choose between Oleg or Ghan, I'm choosing Ghan almost every time. He can hold a lane and clear it or at least help clear it. Oleg can never clear anything. Not to mention the lord bonuses. And I do have Ghan so i would know. But the list is still very solid.
I did think about having ghan higher, but I like olague more haha
