Tatiana, that looks like a super healthy dish. But its really painful to see it being prepared and sold in plastic containers / polythene bags that too in such a hot temperature. Please avoid using plastic to prepare food especially for such hot temperatures and also educate the people around you. It is a very dangerous to health.
