I'm 76, came from a singing family like this with a daddy who was our music director at church and always encouraged us to sing. When ever there was a get together with our family you knew there would be singing. We all had the ability to harmonize - acapella, was so much fun! We were always singing... Almost brings tears of joy to my eyes watching and listening to this family! If anyone needs some cheering up, just "tune in to the Crosby's"! Thanks again, and keep on singing!!!!!! :)

I like how Carson isnt being pushed into the limelight but at the same time his talent shines through.
Definitely!!! I love how the parents support their kids to enhance their talents but at he same time they are ok if they dont want to. That is the kind of support that kids need. It is balanced that they are helping them hone their skills but at the same allowing them to do what they want. It can easily be seen on how happy the kids are. That there is a sign of great parenting.

I knew several people in college who had perfect pitch and or synesthesia, and they all had a sibling who also had perfect pitch. I would be interested to know if Claire has synesthesia. It might give some insight as to how she views the world.
It's pretty proven that there is a cutoff age for learning perfect pitch, and that age is 7. Likely, these two kids have perfect pitch because they've been exposed to music and pitch from young ages. :) I reckon the littlest one will have it too!
@@hannahadams1117 it's actually even younger. More like 2 1/2 or 3. And that's starting from birth. You can't begin at age 3. It's during the time when they are learning language. Perfect pitch is under that umbrella of language. And yeah, after that point you can learn relative pitch. But not perfect pitch.
@@hannahadams1117 I don't think 7 is the cut off age for perfect pitch. A lot of my friends started playing instruments since they're 3 or 4 and very few of them have perfect pitch (neither do I) LOL

Actually,.. its crazy because they say most people with so called “perfect” pitch, have issues with recognizing melodies, because they’re so engrossed with the single notes alone and the names of them.. hence they probably wouldn’t even be able to have the ability to keep the melody itself? Thats what ive heard before… Clair is able to perfectly keep a melody, and be able to know all the names of the notes!! that being the case, there’s something more to her talent then just “perfect pitch” itself..

She has such an amazing voice and shes so young too. I've been singing for years and taken classes for it too and yet I tried hitting that first pitch and I'm over here sounding like someone just stepped on a duck and she hits it so perfectly. Its absolutely beautiful and I can see a beautiful singing career ahead of her if she wants to persue in it. (Only discovered them just now)
