Have you seen the gameplay? This vehicle is 3x worse than the 2s38 and has a much higher BR.
Its only advantages are size, speed and 17 degrees of depression, but it doesn't do you any good if the gun is such a piece of crap.
The bullets do nothing, you have a very low rate of fire and low penetration, and you often don't penetrate something even from the side. This tank is simply weak and much harder to play than the 2s38, which is clearly visible in the gameplay.
Any IFV is better than the hstvl, especially the Swedish CV 9040, which has a lower BR, 10.0... in this game it's not the single bullet in the autocannons that counts, but the rate of fire, at least when it comes to the high br IVF.

@@Lord_WUder Increase the rate of fire of the gun and give it a combat rating of 11.0-10.3, no more. It’s clear that 2S38 should have had a combat rating of 10.3 for a long time, along with “hustle”. But no 9.7, where this machine will destroy all living things with its appearance, due to its literally small silhouette, rapid-fire weapon relative to this Armor, and good mobility with thermal imaging optics.

@@VortexCyber228 2s38 should be even on 10.7 if hstvl doesn't get a buff. In its current state, br 9.7 for hstvl would not be bad, considering that you have much better vehicles around 10.0, such as 2s38, bmp2m, cv 9040, or even Bradley, but the only advantage of Bradley is tow2b and high optics, still it is better than hstvl for me. HSTVL, like many vehicles in the USA, simply has too high br, they also threw out the M26 at 6.7 xD for br, where you have much better vehicles in America, for example the T26E5.
Gaijin simply hates the USA, as well as France and Japan.
