#BAFTA - Zábava
If you have very little money, don't waste it on a casting director. Split your money in two, half for production, half for post. That's my experience.
The person asking the questions does not seem engaged or even interested. I found this rude and very distracting. Also, you should not be reading your papers or tablet when interviewing someone.
Exactly, as a kid when I was trained in radio a very good mentor gave us the first lesson that the most important part of an interviewer is their listening skills. Engage the guest, they feel comfortable and then you can listen to what they are saying you will then go off script and get more interesting questions from what they are saying. Whenever I see those interviewers that are so glued to their technology with their questions on and missing out on so many good question opportunities I always cringe.
