True. 90% of what I listen to is metal, and somehow sum 41 is one of my favourite bands as of late. It’s kinda strange they started out as a pop punk band.

I was initially thrown off by sum 41 when I was in high school when they were playing pop punk stuff, but I just heard "out for blood" and decided to look back at when they turned into the genre I want to hear. Was not disappointed.

They're really only pop-punk in "All Killer, No Filler" and "Underclass Hero." The rest of their discography is heavier. I know this comment's two years old, so hopefully you've discovered more of their stuff.
Woah, this is sick! I grew up listening to tape cassettes of Sum 41 and just associated them with pop punk. I'm 29 now and not actually disappointed that I only just discovered this.

I really love this album!!!! The reason Sum 41 is making dark and heavy albums is because they got mature. I still like DTLI and Chuck! But this kinda music fits them! When I think of Sum 41, I think of the time when the album Screaming Bloody Murder came out. Can't wait for their NEW ALBUM!!! Coming 2014!!

This song and the album really grows on you as time goes by. At first I didn't fancy the album, but now I love it. Hmm, will it be the same with 13 voices? Idk. Sum 41 are so ahead of the Punk Rock Genre!
Sum 41 is the band who never makes a bad song. Most of their songs I've listened have been great or awesome.
