Nice. Tip of advice when spray painting- dont start or stop the spray on the object. This will help with keeping the paint even.

i printed the helmet the same as you and mine done exactly the same thing. i think it may be a issue with the way it was separated. good job mate..

There was a chance of warpage, but I decided to give it a try anyway.
How do you get the printer to create the Vader helmet? Is there a preloaded program or do you scan a picture?

Yes, it will work fine.
Can be done with any printer. The size of the printer will tell you in how many pieces you have to print it :)

You will need to cut the model up and print in sections.

Only If I cut the eye holes out with a dremel and replace with lens. I just use it as a desplay piece.
