- Marcus Rashford and Eric Dier scored excellent goals as England saw off a tricky Slovakia team at Wembley and continued their excellent start to World Cup 2018 qualification. England extend their unbeaten run in World Cup Qualifying after coming from behind to beat Slovakia 2-1.

@@sponish0 10 years they lost to Croatia for the 2008 euros and the last time they failed to qualify for the World Cup was back in 1994 if only we could put up the same performance in the actual tournaments as well as in the qualifying rounds hopefully the future will be something different but I wouldn't hold my breath
@@rockstarsharma53 we lost a game in the Ukraine in qualifying for 2010 but not lost any since which is pretty impressive baring in mind even top teams like spain and germany lose the occasional qualifying game to teams like Slovakia or Poland etc. And england got to the semi finals of the most recent world cup again decent achievement its a young squad, reasons to be positive.

The only easy team we faced was Panama it was only a last minute header by Kane that won US the match against Tunisia I mean they were a good team

I Believe This Is A Great Example Of How England Can Come Back from behind. I May Conclude That At 8 Games Played, Comparatively To Germany We Are 4 Points Behind There Table Result, And This Is Something We Need To Keep Aware Of. The Attacking Is Great But Sven Goran Eriksson Would Have A Few Words To Say About Stricter Defence The Tony Adams And Sol Campbell Way, So Maybe They Should Assist The Defence Coaching Skills Department. Joe Hart Can Save But Needs To Go On 8 Mile Runs That Build Up Confidence And Quick Reaction Testing Exercises. Personally, I'm Looking For Two Victories , In The Next 2 Internationals, To Put US On A War-Footing With Germany, And Play Escape To Victory. Amen Mark

I think Gareth should start playing a pacier counter attacking style, like the one which helped Leicester win the league.
I just don't think we'll be able to pass the ball around heavyweights such as Germany or Spain.

Of course Vardy is accustomed to playing counter-attacking football. Perhaps Southgate should consult Vardy about how Leicester did it (win the league).
I honestly think by employing a counter-attacking appoach, it would be England's best hope of getting around the better teams. Judging by the evidence, we just are not going to out-football them.

Let's not get it twisted. England played awful for the majority of the game. Slovakia looked like Brazil from the 90's at some points during the match.
Hart, I think, has lost it completely ever since the Man City saga - we should give Butland or Heaton a try in goal.
We don't really have any decent central defenders. Wing backs okay. Midfield is meh, but the attacking force is good but gets no service!!

Oxlade was the worst player on the pitch by far.... Henderson was the second worst. This system won't work. The coach has to understand the importance of tactics and he clearly has no clue. So again England qualify unbeaten for a major tournament although not like our last qualification in that we won every game to qualify ,though we have been lucky in this table against 10 men of Slovakia we scored in injury time to win plus v Slovenia not until the 4th minute of 8 injury time minutes did we score and that was an own goal to 2 drawn games were we were 2-1 down and into injury time v Scotland (if Scotland held onto that 2-1 win btw theyed be in a play off match because they've won their last 5 games out of 6 ,1 to go tomorrow away v Slovenia who England beat 1-0 scoring in injury time 3 days ago) so England can count themselves lucky ,England have qualified so c'mon Scotland
