Language is learned speech and children learn language faster than adults, what does that have to do with someone's intelligence which is acquired knowledge?
Speaking eloquently and intelligent are two different things. You need to go easy. Notice she said she was on the shape of her life. Not so eloquent as yet I would say.

I am so proud of this young lady. She makes me very happy and proud to call myself a Jamaican. She represents people like me from Jamaica. I am also proud to say how eloquently she speaks and communicates. I am also very proud of how determine she is, and how self assured she is. She also knows who she is and what she wants no matter what anyone says , when or loose. I am also glad to know that she is going to continue or education even though she has become professional. Congratulations again! Akera keep up the good work and believe in yourself always. I can't wait for Budapest. I keep on counting down the days for the championship, I am at home but I watch my fellow Jamaicans with pride and I'm rooting for every one of them. Win or lose because I know how hard their parents work work and sacrifice and how the athlete themselves had to really work hard to reach where they are. Go Akera!, Go!!!!! Go Jamaica go!!!!!!

She speaks so fluently and what stands out most is her listening ability and level of intelligence. Don't know if I am a little bit bias because she has been my favorite athlete since high school.
Nugent and Hill are two of my faves atm, and imo the perfect blend of grace, power, technique and emotion. With Anderson added to the mix Jamaica’s women’s sprint hurdles is in safe hands. I hope we’ll continue to give these queens - along with Tapper and Williams - all their flowers 💐
