Do the following ...karizma lovers......u wont need to change the stock karizma carb at all ....
1.Air cut out valve spring is too hard.....put in a lighter spring....
2.Use throttle body cleaner to clean carb passages holes etc thoroughly
3.fuel screw should b 3 to 4 full turns opened....start at 3 full turns out....
4.clean air injection valve and the pipe wch supplies vacuum to the air cut out valve....
.....bike should have a stable idle at 1000 --1100 rpm.....
If spark plug is fouled wd carbon deposits after doing the above steps.....repeat cleaning of all holes orifices and passages of carb again....
I have a 2003 model karizma....i have done the above steps....on my bike and its performance has gone up .

Bhai mene bhi naya carburettor dala, but bike rpm turant pickup nahi leta, zatka deti hai jaise ki petrol ya fir current nahi milta. Abhi old carburrettor firse lagaya lekin uspe kam issue hai. Ek mechanic ne carburettor naya tha fir bhi service bhi khol diya, tab se ye ho raha hai

Ok bro samj gya mai but ek bar kisi ache macknik ko dekhao , carburettor and Valve setting krao sub tik ho jaega ok

I’m facing the same issue. I’ve purchased it for 6700/-. Missing problem at low rpm. Agar 5-7 km chalau to thoda kam ho Jata hai problem. But I’m fed up with this issue. Ek mechanic ne bola ke Float pin issue hoga, dusare ne bola needle pin ka issue hoga, tisare be bola TPS coupler pe carbon hoga wo clean karo. High speed/high rpm par makhhan chalti hai bike. Kal hi mene average check kiya. 42 KMPL diya after 13 and half years.

Please mute bhi batana if you will find any solution for this. (I don’t want to replace original carb with p220 carb)

Meri karizma m bi carburetor khrab hogya tha idle nhi hota tha race jada rehti thi or start nhi rehti thi carburetor 6500 ka tha or pulsar 220 ka 3000 ka...phir mine pulsr 220 ka carburetor lagadia thoda modification krke abi ekdum sahi se cold start leti h or idle bi rehti h.....😇👍
